General Info
Do you offer shuttle services?
Yes. You can hire additional van or taxi services according to the number of people.
When managing your reservation, please consult us about these services so we can assist you promptly.
Do you accept pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is it okay to go with children?
Of course, La Candelaria is a beautiful destination to share with family.
Are there activities for children?
We have playground games, board games, a lookout tower, and a trampoline. Also, on special dates, we add a Kids Club for the little ones, please ask us.
Can I just come in to see?
No, entry to the ranch is By reservation only.
We offer Field Day programs and lodging that will allow you to get to know, tour, and enjoy our establishment and services.
Can we go take pictures?
Yes, By reservation only.
Both with the Day Pass and with accommodation, you have free access to explore the property and take many photos.
Can you go horseback riding alone?
No. Admission is only with prior reservation by hiring any of our programs: accommodation or Day Trip.
Horseback rides are part of the activities included for guests and are an additional cost on Country Days, which you can book upon arrival. This activity has limited capacity and requires prior registration at reception.
Can the castle be visited?
Yes. Along with your reservation, the visit to the Castle is part of the experience.
Some days of the week we do the Historical Chat where we'll tell you all about the creation of Estancia La Candelaria as we tour it. We recommend visiting the Activities section For more details.
Can I bring food?
Our proposals include gastronomy; however, bringing a mate kit is a very good idea.
Do you have a spa?
We offer you Wellness Services Additional services you can book any day of the week, subject to availability. Learn about all the options and rates entering here.
Do you have a pool?
Yes, we have an outdoor pool available seasonally from November to March.
The use of the pool is part of the activities included in the accommodation and is available at an additional cost for the Day Pass (includes towel and sun lounger) which you can book at reception upon arrival.
Children under 12 years of age may use the swimming pool only when accompanied by their parents.
Minimum depth 1.60 m – Maximum depth 2.50 m.
Do you have a garage?
The establishment has designated areas for parking under the shade of trees. There are no covered garages.
Do you need to book to use the tennis courts?
Free activities, including sports, are available without prior reservation.
Do you have proposals for anniversaries or marriage proposals?
We have interesting options that you can add to your accommodation or Country Day.

What happens if it rains?
La Estancia continues with its programs even on rainy days, organizing indoor activities.
Cancellation Policies
48 hours in advance for accommodation / 24 hours in advance for Country Day: the deposit will be credited to future reservations.
With less than 48 hours notice for accommodation / 24 hours notice for a Day Trip / “No Show”: no refunds.
Rain Insurance: we do not have rain insurance.

What is a Field Day?
The Field Day is a day-long event from 11 AM to 7 PM, without accommodation. Available every day of the week only with prior reservation.

Includes: reception with empanadas, main course, dessert, and 1 non-alcoholic drink per person and afternoon tea, and the activities detailed in the Field Day section.

What is the menu?
On weekdays, we offer our à la carte menu, and on weekends, we serve the typical fixed menu of roast, salad, and sides. We also have pasta and vegetarian options.
Are drinks included?
The day includes one non-alcoholic drink per person for lunch and infusions at afternoon tea.
Does the Day Camp include a room?
No, the Field Day program is a one-day visit package, including food and activities. The rooms are included in the accommodation programs.
Does it include horseback riding?
No, the horseback ride is an additional cost activity for Day Camp. Check the prices in the section Additional Services.

Does it include bicycles?
No, bicycle use is an extra cost activity for Day Camp. Check the prices in the section Additional Services.

Does it include pool use?
No, pool use during the season is an extra-cost activity for Day Camp. When you book it, you'll have a towel and use of a lounge chair included for your comfort. Check the prices in the section Additional Services.

Accommodation
What is included in the accommodation?
The accommodation program includes three meals: Lunch and dinner (two courses, choice from our menu on weekdays and fixed menu on weekends) and continental breakfast. Drinks included during lunch and dinner are water or soda (1 per person). And The activities detailed in the Activities section.

The drinks included in the accommodation plan are 1 water or 1 soda per person at both meals (lunch and dinner).
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check in: Check-in from 11 AM / Room check-out: 3 PM.
Check out / room and stay: 11 AM.
You can add the "Field Day" option to stay until 7 PM, including activities, lunch, and afternoon tea. This option does not change the room check-out time of 11 AM.
What are the rooms like?
Accommodation options are divided into two sectors, each with differentiated concepts and services: Castle & Mill rooms and Colonial & Bungalow rooms.
How are the rooms equipped?
All rooms feature air conditioning, a hairdryer, complimentary bottled water, and yerba mate amenities. The Castle & Mill Suites also include: a minibar, a whirlpool tub, and coffee and tea service.
Do the rooms have a TV?
The rooms do not have TV service; however, we have 50” TVs in our lounges and The Stables Bar.
Can children stay at the castle?
In the Castle and Mill rooms, only children aged 8 and over are accommodated.
Do you have a crib?
Yes. We have cribs available for children up to 2 years old. Don't forget to request one when managing your reservation.
Does the accommodation include the Field Day?
The accommodation proposal is separate from the Field Day. The lodging program has included services and activities that differ from the Field Day. For example, horseback riding, bicycles, and the use of the pool in season are included in the accommodation, among other activities.

What fare do children pay?
Children aged 3 to 10 pay 50%% of the rate when sharing a room with parents. Children under 2 are free of charge.
Do you have a single room?
Yes, for a single base, 50% of the rate will be added.
What are the forms of payment?
You can pay by bank transfer, deposit, credit or debit cards via a payment link.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we are enrolled in the program Now 12, where you have 3, 6, and 12 interest-free installments.
Do you have any promotions?
Is there a discount for paying in cash?
Our rates are final.
Do you have group discounts?
Write to us and tell us about your group, date of visit, number of people, and whether it's for lodging or a Day Pass. Based on these details, we will share a proposal with you.

Yes, we have 7 spaces with different characteristics. Whether intimate and small or large and crowded. At Estancia La Candelaria, you'll find an option for every occasion.
You also have the option to set up a tent in front of the Castle to design your own event against an impressive backdrop. Ask us!

Restaurants & Food
Can you only go to the restaurant to eat?
No, the restaurants at the ranch are part of the services for our guests and day visitors with prior reservation.
Are there menus for celiacs and vegetarians?
We have gluten-free options on our menu, as well as vegetarian options. We ask our guests to inform us of any dietary restrictions when making a reservation.
Can I eat in private?
We have the option of private dining in the Castle for an additional cost. Ask us.
