What time are check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is available until 1:00 PM subject to availability.
Are the activities included for all guests?
Yes. All activities during the stay are included for guests, check today's schedule here. Services such as wellness, picnics, and tastings have an additional cost.
Are there options for families with young children?
The Colonial Sector and the Bungalows are ideal for families with children of all ages. The Castle Sector is exclusively for guests over 8 years old.
We have a Kids Club on special dates and a babysitting service for an additional fee.
Can I book directly from the website?

What are lodges and how do they differ from a castle?
The Lodges are our most recent addition: small designer houses integrated into the landscape of the property. Unlike the castle —which offers history and period architecture— the Lodges offer nature, privacy, and direct contact with the surroundings. Both experiences include access to all the activities and gastronomy of the ranch.
