THE PRIVATE
Romantic, exclusive & delicious
Located in the castle's main dining room, it offers a menu featuring signature cuisine. Guests can choose to accompany their meal with a tasting of the most exclusive wines from our cellar.
Reserved for guests staying at the Castle and The Mill during the day and open to the general public at night with prior reservation.

THE STABLE BAR
Drinks, snacks, music and good company
The ideal place to hang out with friends. An amazing atmosphere with different spaces designed for comfort and relaxation.
Located in the former stables of the Estancia, it has three spaces. One with lounge-style armchairs, one with chic pulpería-style tables, and the exterior with benches, string lights, and a fire pit that never goes out.
